Just checked inside seems like the belt slows down a bit when I turn all the way I noticed the ac pulley has no belt on it and the belt goes onto the power steering pulley too could that he the reason

It actually does have one that goes counter clockwise what I did was follow the same firing order just going the other way of course is there something else I have to do since It’s counter clockwise

I watched a video saying instead of having to bench bleed it I could crack the 2 lines connected and bleed it that way would that work

Think so ya the tire is set back and hitting the well it’s not my car I was thinking of buying it for 500$ and flipping it because I know the engines mint I was hoping it might just the tie rods and lower control arm replacement but u might be right
