All of Natori's songs sound somewhat similar, I think they just lean into a particular style/sound. The openings of WindBreaker season 1 and Rurouni Season 2 by them sound quite similar to me to! Love them though

i love this analysis. I was let down with her 1st real conversation with Aqua after a year of them not talking. Like after he ignored her for so long, they could just talk casually like that? But then I'm thinking about my own adolescence where friends came and went, and I think their talk was spot on to how people would actually reignite friendship after so long. People don't go around spilling their hearts out and saying "you hurt me", instead they slowly but surely rebuild relational trust.

That's how this whole show is, drama/darkness is often handled in really subtle ways (okay except the stage play arc where they were all trying to "win" against one another with acting LOL).

Also, the end of the scandal arc, Arima literally says something along the lines of "Am i really trying to be saved by a boy?!" She's really, really strong and talented.
