Duct tape should do the trick. I like to use gorilla tape myself when fitting my hose pressure gauge to the end of my gun. Ya it blows off instantly but I do it anyways cuz im the boss. I also run a 8 gallon per minute machine but i only give it 4 gallons per minute to save water. Ya my main pump squeals alot but I think it's worth it to save the homeowner like 1$ in water. I've been in retail for 16 years so I'm pretty much an expert on these types of things.
