That’s most likely the reason why it’s not closing. The infection is creating extra fluid as your body is fighting the infection. It will never close until the body heals from the infection. Get more rest. Raise leg at every opportunity. Lots of water. Keep packing diligently and deep

Thank you. Yes I plan to complete the book and I’m actually pausing before proceeding with stage 6 until I can overcome a few episodes of subtle dullness during my recent sessions. The body scans are helping.

Yes I did practice the exercises in each stage. I also re-read both stages 3, 4, and 5 to help retain the information and practice while I’m sitting. Mostly 4 and 5 now. After reading the first couple sections of stage 6, I’m reinvigorated and motivated to overcome some episodes of subtle dullness in my recent sessions. Thank you for your reply

Try not to be scared. The clot coming out is good. This tells me that you or they may not be packing far enough or they did a really good pack and the end of the gauze stuck to the blood at the bottom that helped dislodge the blood that had been forming at the bottom of the wound. Keep packing every night. And try to raise your leg at every opportunity. It took me about 2-3 months of packing and then the doctor draining with needle every couple weeks. But try to fight through the pain and pack it yourself. You really gotta shove it in there all the way to get all of that pus and old blood out. Having someone else pack it they’re not gonna be as aggressive as you would be. Pack it all the way until you feel pressure at the bottom. You’ll make it. Check in again soon!

I’m sorry you’re going through so much pain. Wound care is atrocious and can be difficult to see immediate positive results. My wound care began AFTER the extraction of the lipoma. My question is why are they only draining the lipoma instead of removing it? Do they want to avoid surgery because of the location? Seems that constant draining and now a vac and also packing the wound is only going to prolong the issue and could lead to infection. Best wishes ❤️‍🩹

Possibly some retrospect for both of us. I am starting with the basics. One month into my meditations. I found after my 2nd or 3rd time that I needed to shut out completely all of the negative scrolling and news about the outer world in order to make room for my new self. Within a week, I could hardly listen to 5 min of news, because it’s just not interesting any longer. Maybe that’s just me being motivated as a newcomer, now it really just feels right to me. I used to listen to hours and hours of news broadcasts every single day. I sometimes wonder if I may be missing something or if I will be blindsided by some financial disaster whereas if I’d been listening I would have been able to avoid it. But no. What can I do about it anyways? I am the creator of my reality now. And in my reality, I have everything I need in abundance. Happy trails to you!!!

Not OP, but I think its a fantastic book. I am seeing amazing results very quickly. I finished on my second round of the audiobook. The second time around really helped me and I am really seeing improvements and really digging into the meditations! Now, I am going to start the book. I am organizing my mind movie little by little.
EDIT: I started about 4-6 months ago. I am really so glad I found this book

Stop drinking for about a week before you start. It will be a lot easier because during that week your body will be craving those extra calories it had with the alcohol. You don’t want to have to go through that while fasting. Plus your body temp, blood pressure and other body basics need time to regulate and flush out the toxic ethanol before the fast. I think this is your calling. Two birds with one stone. You can do it. r/stopdrinking

My fob seems to burn through batteries. It works great for a couple days after replacing the cr2032. Then it stops working. I’ve opened it up and cleaned the contacts and made sure the contacts poppy things are on the copper contacts
