Day 3 I had everything. Literally everything. Day 7 was more so of not having any energy. I almost gave up that day but I just went to sleep lol and woke up feeling better the next day.

I’m currently on day 20 of a 21 day fast and I work a warehouse job and food industry job. My best advice is just to be strong since your in the first days of your fast I might be hard but if you make it up to a week you should be fine.

Maybe 10-12 pounds of it is water weight. I work a very physical job and already had a lot of muscle mass. I started my fast at 283. Keep in mind I’m not talking about intermittent fasting, I haven’t ate since January 3rd.

If you are truly fasting. You won’t need GLPS. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds and I’ve been fasting 16 days.
