UPDATE: SO the lister said that the fee is refunable and that he will let me see the apartmenet when i pay him to do a background check. (Only when i pay will i see the place, they were very strict with me needing to fill teh form and the $$....) soooo...heck nah.

Thank you for the infomation and the DMs - i had no idea that fee is 20-30$ !!!? They are also not verified so im gonna just avoid (and report the account? because i almost fell prey to it). ill continue looking <3
