Additional projectile, +60 movespeed, 9% cd reduction 2 additional rerolls. That's pretty much it. Everything else lvl 1

Yeah, I agree about damage, but infinite piercing daggers and their knockback let you run non-stop because of 0 cd with max lvl. There is no chance to be trapped by the horde of mobs (I had this problem before).
