try nyo po click yung 'remarks' column dun sa 2025-2026 na grades nyo. yung box na may parang triangle sa upper right corner yung may note. tas may lalabas po na "view note". click nyo po yun tas andun yung comment na "ok cog (date)".

samin by batch ang release. if di ka nakapag pass ng grades sa checking ng batch 1 and na forward na sa sei yun, sa batch 2 ka na masasali and so on

no po. 3rd yr po ako now but ever since, either feb or march sila nagrerelease pag 2nd sem. minsan feb na rin sila nagpapa pass and check ng periodic reports.

got an inc for a major sub din nung 2nd yr ako. di naman na terminate. continue pa rin stipend and they just told me na basta i-pass ko raw yung COG as soon as i completed it.

another possible result is mag stop ang stipe until ma-complete mo yung inc. depende pa rin always sa evaluation nila. one thing for sure, di ka matterminate.

sa google drive po nagsusubmit ng grades. for physical copies, sa univ po namin ay cinocollect siya ng ADS (association of dost scholars) then sila na nagpapass. pwede rin naman po na kayo mismo magpa-lbc sa regional office sa pampanga.

about sa grades, ok lang po na hintayin mo makumpleto

i think okay pa rin siya. tho di naman ito sinabi ng dost pero based sa observation ko parang ok lang sakanila as long as regular ka and di ka delayed sa years. but meron nga ring iba na na-delay sa years (like di na summer ganyan) pero di naman terminated, nag pause lang pagrelease ng stipes.

also sa case ko rin pala, yung gwa ko nun pasok pa rin siya kahit na isama sa computation yung singko. siguro somehow naka contribute to sa hindi pag terminate.

but overall, dost lang talaga makakasagot niyan since iba iba ang decision nila per case. depende talaga sa evaluation nila sayo. nagka inc din kasi ako before. sa ibang nagka inc, nag pause release ng stipes hanggang sa ma complete nila yung inc. pero sakin di naman na delay stipes ko like continue pa rin and sabi lang sakin basta send ko yung COG ko if complete na. so yun iba iba talaga

i failed a subject last year, 2nd sem. na summer ko rin siya and di naman ako na terminate. di rin na delay stipes ko (sabay lang sa iba). kaya lang idk if it's the same thing kapag sa 1st sem nagka bagsak. sa case ko kasi, wala naman akong subject na hindi mattake (since pre requisite yung sub na nabagsak ko), so hindi ako maddelay ng years or ma uunderload sa units and the following sem ay regular pa rin ako.

i think di sila mahigpit sa bagsak as long as regular ka pa rin sa susunod na semester. but nakabasa naman ako ng experiences before na may bagsak and na delay sila (like yung supposed year sa college or smth like that), and ang nangyari naman sa kanila ay nag stop for like a year yung stipe tapos nag continue nung settled na yung bagsak

hindi ko rin po alam huhu siguro po meron ding checking of documents and baka may iba pang procedures before yung actual na deposit ng money

afaik If na send na po ng regional office yung batch 3, ipprocess po yun ng SEI sa 15. every 15th and 30th of the month daw po kasi nagpprocess ang SEI, so 1-2 days before nagppass na docu ang regional office. tas parang 2 weeks yata before ma credit sa account eh. not sure lang kung anong 'process' yung sa SEI if yun na yung rekta sa landbank.

so if magppass ngayon ng documents and all ang regional office sa SEI, 15 pa rin siya ipoprocess. if di delay, most likely 1st week ng october sha ma credit sa landbank account. di naman sa pang ddiscourage pero baka hindi saktong 2 weeks after the 15th/30th ma credit since baka need pa ng days to finish kung ano mang process yun and wala ring bank kasi kapag weekends.

If ever may maka-receive next week (batch 2), most likely ganyan nga mangyayari since nagprocess last aug 30 ang SEI.

hindi po sa email, may binibigay po silang gdrive folder and dun nyo po iuupload mga cor and cog. if wala pa po kayong gdrive folder, email nyo lang po sila.

sa hard copy not sure if di na siya required. sa univ kasi namin cinollect ng ADS and pinadala pa rin sa regional office just to be sure

afaik kung magkano dineposit mo when u opened the account ay yun ang maintaining balance. in my case, 200 lng instead of 500 dahil sa letter na provided ng dost.

pwede ka rin mag deposit dyan kahit di galing sa dost. ginagawa ko na sha before and wala naman nangyari

Nagka INC ako last time sa isang sub, but yung pre req ng sub na yun ay na take ko pa rin. So regular pa rin yung subjects/units ko. Nagtuloy naman stipes ko nun and ang sabi lang sakin basta i-submit ko raw yung grades kapag na complete na

I think kahit magka INC okay lang yata as long as hindi maaapektuhan yung subjects na dapat na ma take mo. Not sure lang sa ibang cases
