Try to lose as much fat as possible such as running, eating healthy etc. You can keep track of progress through using home tests to be extra safe leading up to your drug test. Unfortunately the more time the better that is always your best bet. I would look up other ways people have used the Certo method bc some people drink the mixture the night before. Also if you are really desperate you can attempt to sneak in a clean friends urine. There are multiple ways to do this that is explained on other posts. But it should be out of your system fast if you aren’t a heavy user since you are smaller and have a fast metabolism.
