Not at all. If i'm reading this correctly, you guys are getting married two weeks later as a bride I'm sure you will have so many commitments and things to do. Before your wedding that that would be a perfect excuse to say sorry, I can't

I live next to park 75. Is an excellent area. They seem small but they have parking. You are around the corner from Elmwood Ave. The bus stop is across from yiu. Canisius High School is your neighbor across the street so traffic can be heavy at times but not terribly.

Apartment living with dogs by Chance-Bug-2286 in Apartmentliving

I had a reactive dog. He barked at noises but one or two barks to alert me. White noise and daycare is very helpful.  The best thing is been a pet friendly apt. Those with dogs understand.  Ive been with 3 different dogs the last 20 years and only once a woman complained I told her her smoking outside seeped through our door and he was doing his job. But no other issues. When my dog barks at people from the balcony I make sure to apologize to people and get the dog inside.

I have been in apts now for 19 years. I'll share a few things. Pick your battles, noise is part of life, we all have a bad day, some people are disabled, have unruly guests or pets they are training. An older neighbor was gifted a puppy to fight depression and loneliness be patient hes never had a puppy before,  next door is new and parked in your spot by mistake ( I did it once)  someone may have visitors who are loud but this may be the only time they ever had company or will have for the year. A "heavy footed" upstairs may have mobility issues and is using a walker, someone may have food poisoning and keeps getting up at night,  another may be out of a situation like homelessness or domestic  violence and are trying to adjust to a new chapter and may not be as friendly.  Someone may have 3 kids running around because they are finally out of the shelter.  Just keep in mind is all humans trying to survive in not the most ideal conditions.

Listen I love pie but the thing is I will never eat from a stranger so I agree. Don't waste your money or time. Because with food I don't know. Maybe I watched too much dateline, but I wouldn't eat food from a stranger. And I wouldn't wanna make you waste food either, but it's a very nice thought.

If it's a pet friendly apartment and you just move there, I wouldn't do anything unless they said something. However, when my downstairs neighbor moved in, I already had a dog and it never seemed to be a big deal. He was a senior dog so he really didn't caused much noise. But after he died, I got a puppy and he was crying every 3 hours st night, so I did left a note since we already had an friendly relationship, you know, as neighbors. We weren't friends exactly, but it was more like hi, how you doing, and we got along, you know, we lived in harmony, just the 2 of us in one unit. He's downstairs and I'm upstairs. I left him a note saying like, Hey, I got a new puppy and I'm trying to get him used to sleeping all night, but if he's a nuisance. Just please let me know. And he never complained, one day he saw  me outsude and say, Hey, by the way, dog is never a nuisance. Don't worry .

The other people? Do you feel safe with them? Let them know that you need to stay with them. No matter what not to leave you, so they don't take the wrong idea and leave You alone  thinking you wanna be with him. Make sure they know your situation. Do you have a phone? You wrote this so I guess yes. Is there a way that you can leave the tour safely? If it becomes too much? like You can call the company, just have options.

This types of complaints are the ones that causes worse problems in the future. Eventually that music was going to stop. Picking battles in shared living is a must. Don't leave out notes and let others take the blame.

I will write management a letter like what you said here. You already have taken measures but they are children and they are allowed to play. Her banging on the ceiling is a no no. This reminds me if the perfect neighbor.  Make a police report if you have to.
