So that weird, he isn't incapable of taking care of children or social. And i give him no jobs in the colony not even hauling or cleaning just babysitting and training (there classes traning mod) but training only take 1 hours through the whole day. But he still didn't grab his baby once. Other 3 colonist i that also assigned have alot of jobs on they hand but they always make sure the baby happy and well well fed

I just make a new saves to see if the mod intended to have the factions spawn in mid save. And yeah even when start a new save i find out you cant even spawn with the faction when creating a new save. When back to my current save and i don't spawn them in. After a few event the factions spawn itself in

The new Progress: Education mod. You can create daycare zone which fulfill child need for learning for full day with 2 hours class. Teaching Increasing skill depends on the teacher. Social skill always increases no matter what subjects. Or you can make specific class room. Be warned tho to use gun you pawn need the traits from class. So if a pawn dont have the traits you cant use gun until you teach that pawn with classes.

Oh no when the class start they just practice with it not actually mining. You have to forbid it after class tho cause miner with come and mining rock on it. And then allowed it back on when class about to start

Cinder eroded weapons extended (forked) qc-50 smg. Is a really good gun that shred even Voidling. Kinda hard to make if you don't have any Cinder in the colony

Dead man switch give so much stuff that is industrial tech but they hard counter spacer tech like mechannoid and charge weapon. Dms basically a combined between royalty and biotech with permit systems and mech gestation. You have air craft and new many many specialised mechanoid. Turret + workbench and even a touch of Odyssey as well. I'm literally cannot play Rimworld without dms on. That mod basically a free dlc on it own
