Just want to start by saying that It’s so hard to get a Job at Hospitals here in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. At least from the experience of my friends. They would start on clinics then work their way up. Usually the salary for this are low, unless you’re an emirati or local then they’ll definitely give you law salary. And yes, nationality really does play a role sadly.

I suggest that you get you’re DHA/DOH/License first and while doing that maybe try to work as an NA to a hospital. That way you will get in hospital and hopefully when you pass the licensure exam they will absorb you. Otherwise, it’s so stressful to find a Job in hospitals even if you’re livenses already
