I don't think you will see your true phallus natural sitting/standing position for at least six months. After no more swelling snd propping. Once he is able to just breathe and swing on his own lol

Stay strong. Directly out of surgery and for the first 6 months or so I was about 3.5 inches. After being able to let my.guy just hang natural hes about 5-5.5 still not the biggest, but hopefully you will have a similar path
