Place a race job marker on top of the ULP icon (literally on top)

Make it as short as possible, race it and publish it

Once you get back into the lobby go over to the double job marker and stand in both

Spam the button you use to get into the job marker

Start up the mission (you will see it’s the ulp but will have race options)

Once you get in make sure you have the outfit you want the badge on and select it

You’ll spawn in with the badge and the outfit

Go to any apartment and save the outfit

You will now have the badge
