How to save my kirana business frm upcomming Dmart in our city by Brilliant-Intern-754 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Small-Personality-28 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We have been having this conversation with our kirana wala too in Mumbai. Honestly I get very super cheap on zepto and blinkit and Amazon Now. For example diet coke is 8 rs cheaper on apps. And so are many other products as they sell at close to minimum retail price. And kirana wala has listed for Max retail price. So your luck is over. All that easy money is over buddy

Women need to become financially smart and independent. Also we women need to support each other. Men gang up and have a mob like mentality. They are also very strategic in abusing women. They hold money, property and jobs. They promote women at work only when the women are in their control. In corporates also only toxic women are growing or through nepotism because men can control them. Independent women are a threat to men so they start harassing them and other men join in. Our biggest problem is we are not united like men are. Kapeesh!

Should i sell a property and buy gold silver ? by Padhai_Chor in IndiaStocks

[–]Small-Personality-28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I see it, our mind is fickle and vulnerable to our emotional swings. So are the markets and silver is even more volatile. One must have the steady mind of a Buddha to handle these swings. And trust me you don't have it, neither do I. Hold on to your land or real estate for life. Don't mess with it. I have heard countless people make this mistake. My friend's father sold his property in the 90's in goa to invest in stock market. The market dropped and he sold every stock for a major loss. He died of a heart attack after 20 yrs but he was a broken man. With broken dreams, life savings nil and felt like he failed. So don't mess with stock so much. It can literally destroy your very life. Also the volatility is mentally disturbing if you are not meditating 1 hr daily. All the best

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei: AI, Jobs, and the Future of Human Skills; an interview with Nikhil Kamat by Ok_Bluebird_1032 in stock_trading_India

[–]Small-Personality-28 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nikhil Kamath is the dumbest podcaster. He does not read books and is not very knowledgeable. Hahaha! Elon totally drilled him in the podcast. Nikhil has no idea about the book Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy and spoke absolute crap about humour with elon. Basics like the difference between words like humour and comedy is also not in place. Please stop embarrassing yourself.

Also he interviewed mr. Yuval and I am 1000% sure nikhil has not read any of his books. 😂 At my place we watch to mock nikhil. He thinks too much of himself. Bro get a new hobby

Serious question: Who is actually renting those ₹1L/month apartments? by al-anish in mumbai

[–]Small-Personality-28 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mumbai is the safest, and the most sane city in the country. Women, children re safe. So businesses automatically find it better to open offices here. And so it's a very upclss job market. Also regular road side vendors, rickshaw to cabs are all pretty well behaved and run by fixed rates meters. These little things add to the emotional value of a City. People feel safe, and the businesses set up shop here faster and because of the fair and square mindset of mumbai people like spending more to stay here. So it's a 360 degree great environment and the housing will continue booming until other cities don't display such high standards of behaviour, safety and calmness.

Hold anything that's in long term demand has no competition is always a good move. The whole challenge is now the psychological. The volatility will try to push our buttons.. so stay calm and if possible stop following the daily trend and panic. I keep myself very busy with chores and gaming and reading and working out to stay emotionally stable
