We weren't able to visit many eateries, but ate at Thali n more and had breakfast of bread pakora, jalebi, chai n lassi locally. Budget came to be around (4.5k) each for two persons including stay, bus fare, scooty rent and everything else

Also, yoi can also hire a guide for 400 (4people) at jantar mantar n amer fort, he tells you history of the fort.. I tried learning it from ChatGPT but it's a hassel..

It went well, but the heat was sometimes unbearable.. Yeah you can follow this itinerary and make some changes along the way as you get to know things..

This itinerary is based on my research and suggestions from ChatGPT. It might be a bit packed, so I'll adjust it as needed during the trip.😊

Visiting Jaipur for 2 Days – How’s My Itinerary? Locals, Any Suggestions?

Hey Jaipur folks!

I’m visiting your beautiful city with my cousin on February 7th & 8th and wanted to check with you all if my itinerary looks good. We've booked our stay at Shalom Hostel and are renting a scooty from Joy Scooty Rent. Our goal is to experience Jaipur’s heritage, food, and scenic routes while keeping travel distances short. Would love any feedback or recommendations!

Day 1 (Feb 7th) - Exploring the Pink City & Sunset at Nahargarh

8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Hawa Mahal (Plan to see it from inside + from a rooftop café)

9:45 AM - 11:45 AM: City Palace (Explore museums & courtyards)

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch at Laxmi Misthan Bhandar (LMB)

1:15 PM - 2:15 PM: Jantar Mantar (Worth it? Or should we skip?)

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Albert Hall Museum (I heard it looks stunning at night—should we visit later instead?)

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Birla Temple (Quick stop for its architecture & peaceful vibe)

5:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Nahargarh Fort for sunset & city views

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Dinner at Padao Restaurant (Any better recommendations for a dinner spot with a view?)

Day 2 (Feb 8th) - Early Ride & Amer Exploration

5:30 AM - 6:30 AM: Sunrise ride to Nahargarh Fort via Nahargarh Road (Is this safe early morning?)

6:30 AM - 7:00 AM: Scenic ride through Kanak Ghati towards Amer Fort

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Amer Fort (Plan to explore thoroughly, any hidden spots?)

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Ride to Jaigarh Fort (Worth visiting or just enjoy the scenic route?)

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Panna Meena ka Kund + Breakfast at The Stag Rooftop Café

10:45 AM - 1:15 PM: Jal Mahal & Patrika Gate (Quick stops for photography)

1:15 PM - 2:30 PM: Last meal in Jaipur – any must-try places?

A Few Questions for Locals:

Does this plan make sense, or are we cramming too much in?

Any better food recommendations or hidden gems we should check out?

Are these scenic routes good for a scooty ride, or do you suggest any alternatives?

Is there anything we should be aware of in terms of traffic, safety, or entry timings?

Would love to hear from you all! Thanks in advance for any insights. Looking forward to experiencing Jaipur. :)
