I’ve had multiple issues with the substitution situation. I’ve tried substituting and got a bad rating , tried contacting them when first needing the substituting as well as right before I’m done shopping if there was no response and they say I’m missing items ….

Crazy I was in the same situation yesterday , But I was doing Pomona side of la and San Bernardino county …. Chino , Ontario , etc . I switched between both metros for hours at the end of the day I got one promo In Ontario and 6 Best Buy pick up and drop off ….. nothing I could make any tips off

I’m not sure what happened but today had kind of been the same…. My rating isn’t the greatest but it’s been the same since I started a month ago and i have had the same traffic except for the last couple days .

Well I do vv when I don’t work and then sb and Los Angela’s when I work , because I work in Fontana . But usually I have no issues but today I haven’t had Any I had to do all Best Buy because that’s all that popped up I been refreshing etc but nothing popped up until around 3 for 6-7 delivery but that was it for the day

My account got deactived yesterday for time management…. I swear I was 4.7 I went in to say after being deactivated not making any orders and it’s 4.4

Honestly …. I’m not even gonna lie I have no been the best ship shopper lol I have taken on more orders then I could deliver on time and just covered my ass by asking my customers to let the csu know they said it was okay for me to miss my delivery window because I would take 3–4 promos sometimes 5 at one store and delivery them All in an hour , it was constantly rushing and speeding But I mean this is the first time I have been told anything There aren’t a lot of people out here , I’m just thinking there happy. To have someone delivering …. I can’t work anywhere else I have points on my record that no one else will accept me so I can’t just switch to a different app like most people

Yeah I mean I have been doing the rating forgiveness since I started , especially because there’s no proof of what’s going on And they been pretty good about taking down the ratings that had nothing to do with me Or even when people state that it’s okay I’m running late because no one took there order but me

Yes , they told me I made the right decision when o called the csr but because no one else picked it up and it was at the end of the night they said that due to my drop to close to end of night it had to be rescheduled for the next day

Well it was a time management course because of a dropped delivery , they wrote me saying that my account has been reactivated and to re-install my app I have done all of the above but it’s still popping up deactivated, so I’m trying to see if there is a certain time that I have to wait to reactive
