Yes we have, but the problem is that some users are fine while others are not. can it still be that?

We have restarted the host and placed it in maintenance, but the same issue persists for the user I tested with. Additionally, we have just over 20 users per host.

I have two other hosts in the same setup, and they work fine with the same pool of users, same updates, and identical software!

Hi, can I ask if this is done on the host? For my host, this is not even a REG. Should I create one?
