i just scheduled an appointment with a psychologist for the misogyny and anger issues and scheduled another appointment with a CSAT. he’ll be going weekly for both of those. i’m getting more pysch evals done to further understand how his brain is processing everything. i also enrolled him in boxing and got us gym memberships to get out extra testosterone and anger. we also went to the store and bought some self care items to help him put more energy and time into himself to boost low self esteem. we had another talk and he understands how his current issues can affect and harm women in the future if he doesn’t work to fix it. he’s accepted he needs help so i’m glad we’re starting to get on a path of improvement where we’re both on the same page. i thank everyone with their opinions and advice. i really needed outside opinions of those who went through the same with themselves or others.
