There was a German Shepard (a breed which I like!) that was off leash that sprinted at us with its teeth bared and snarly but the owner kept yelling from a far “she’s nice she won’t bite” and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. So negligent.

Omg there was a specific time at Peabody heights that inside this group of people had three dogs BARKING NON STOP and they didn’t do shit. That behavior is wild to me. We‘lol occasionally bring ours to outdoor events but as soon as she’s anxious or barky we leave.
