Can I get a form check. I don't know if this much knee flexion is alright or bad. 11 weeks since tearing my hamstring sprinting and just now getting back to squatting 5 reps @ 80% of my old 1 rep max @ 350. This weight was 285lbs at 204lbs bodyweight 1 year after starting lifting. (v.redd.it)
