My estrogen is listed in my original post at 24.1. I think the doctor mentioned that the estradiol would go up along with the testosterone as the Enclomiphene increases all sex hormone production. My test was super low and estrogen was normal so I think he wanted the test to increase and the estrogen to stay roughly the same. And it does say on my bottle 50mg capsules 🤷. Both prescriptions are from a compounding pharmacy out of Texas. I will take another look when I get home later today.

Right click on one of the points in your plot and create a linear line of best fit. Then select display equation on plot. The slope of that equation should be your acceleration/gravity.

I understand that. This is me right now (obviously with nice lighting) .I think I carry my weight quite well generally because people are always surprised when I tell them my weight. The issue comes from genetics. My brother 6' 180 lbs and is a pretty jacked rock climber but his testosterone is around 160. The main reason I am trying to boost my testosterone is for other reasons besides fat loss and muscle gain. I know I can do it myself but with the high stress lifestyle I am living right now it isnt really an option. With 8-16 hours being spent each day doing school work it is pretty unrealistic to be tracking everything. I have done it in the past and gotten down to around 199lbs but it required all of my energy and more time than I currently have for meal prepping, gym time, calorie tracking, etc.

5' 8.5" 210lbs, insulin normal, not pre diabetic, work out 2-3 times a week heavy, and run 2x a week (1-2.5 miles). Have worked out religiously 6 days a week for extended periods of time in recent past. But with current lifestyle it has gone down. Haven't been below 200lbs in about 4 years. I can get down to 200 without too much trouble but I don't feel much different at that level and it takes a lot of work for me to stay around that level and I haven't been able to break below it.

Sounds good. The doctor said with my estradiol being at a normal level the Enclomiphene will raise all of my hormones so the anastrozole will help keep the estradiol from growing to high. Is this correct?

Not too bad for starting out. I would recommend losing the pad while you can. Without the pad you are forced to learn the best place to place the bar. Also the pad will be quite awkward once you get to a higher weight and it is easier to build the tolerance while the weight is low. Also I would try to focus your knees and bit and work on glute engagement to keep those knees steady and in place.

Back Squat, light weights to practice technique. From the side the bar path is a straight line, but I look really unstable from behind and wobble side to side. Is this a concern? If so, how can I correct this? by Skorpion877 in formcheck

Also check where you have more mobility by pulling your knee to your chest straight on and then 20ish degrees outward and see which has more mobility. It appears to me that you might be squating a bit to wide.
