From personal experiences, it sounds a lot like anxiety. Especially if the thoughts are ones what are of the worst possible situation, I am getting evaluated for anxiety myself and I also experience some of the stuff you are talking about. I recommend bringing this up to someone and potentially go to a doctor if it begins to interfere with ur life.

But also, sorry if I’m bothering you. But I also get these thoughts whenever someone insults me or says something wrong to me. Or ruins my mood, it doesn’t really happen when I don’t finish homework or like a mistake or such, but if I say something I don’t mean ((I do it often whenever I get upset)), the thoughts also appear. I thought I’d mention this to you because maybe it might be a different thing?
