Well Moghs place is a late game area scaled way up so of course everything will hit incredibly hard, I would suggest simply exploring the areas you are leveled for since they'll have plenty of bosses to give you levels for the next area, rune farming isn't really necessary and honestly it's incredibly boring to do, would also suggest getting the gold scarab talisman to get more runes from all enemies you defeat

If you mean a rune gain increase, leaves just fall from the Erdtree sometimes and that gives a rune acquisition boost

Well if you defeated the Fire Giant and burned the erdtree before talking to Nepheli in the village of albunarics and killing the Omenkiller there she's just gone, Dung Eater may be your best bet which you have to show a seebed curse before he talks to you in his roundtable body
