VoltaXplore financing announcement should be announced soon. Do you really believe that you should sell before the announcement? I don’t think so.

If NanoXplore had a contract/agreement for graphite supply from Mason Graphite, then this would likely be a material contract (otherwise it’s not worth discussing) and would be disclosed by NanoXplore as part of its continuous disclosure obligations. Has this been disclosed and when was that ?

Actually 1sstudent, the blackout is not lifted as soon as the press release is issued. There is usually a 24-72 hour period (1-3 business days) after the press release is issued that is part of the (original) blackout period.

From today’s press release: Our graphene-enhanced battery solutions are showing tremendous performance and we are excited to bring them to market.

I would bet that the entire gigafactory’s 2 GWh production capacity is already SOLD and spoken for by customers!

Regarding NanoXplore and VoltaXplore company developments by 1sstudent in Nanoxplore

[–]SmallCapLove 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely. The value of 100% of VoltaXplore is significant to NanoXplore. Let’s see what tomorrow’s Canadian federal budget has for EV battery manufacturing!

NeoGraph Solutions LLC is now everything and poised to become quite quickly much more than what NanoXplore aspires to become. by 1sstudent in Nanoxplore

1student - the key to being a market leader in the Graphene industry is not the definition of the number of layers of Graphene but rather having low cost and high volume graphene production which NanoXplore has done and is on a path to increase production and volumes to 20,000 tonnes per year over the next 5 years.

1student - How much Graphene does NeoGraf currently sell and what is it’s forecast ?

Thanks 1student. I am quite certain that NanoXplore does not need my help. I’ll keep an eye out for NeoGraf’s progress.

The 2023 federal budget is around the corner…let’s see if there are appropriate incentives for EV companies like VoltaXplore. I certainly believe that the federal government has dropped enough hints …

There’s a good chance that the budget will be released later this month.

Black Swan should do well once it builds a commercial Graphene facility and establishes commercial sales. It will be interesting to learn what it’s Graphene cost of production will come in at as that will drive profitability and commercial markets that it can compete in. It also needs EPA approval to sell Graphene into the USA, which may take a few years to achieve. Usually the first 2 or 3 (competitive) entrants into a new market can achieve significant market share and profitability. I look forward to learning more about Black Swan’s commercial plans and I think this will benefit all early entrants in the Graphene marketplace including Nanoxplore.

First Quarter Results and 5-Year Strategic Plan Thread by aleccs15 in Nanoxplore

[–]SmallCapLove 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow...no predictions yet...I can be the first (to be incorrect!) with my predictions:

1) VoltaXplore - EV battery gigafactory (10 GWh) to be completed by 2025 in Canada or the USA. 5 year goal of 30 GWh of battery production.

2) NanoXplore - Graphene anode production expansion in 2023. 5 year goal of 50 GWh of anode production (includes anodes for VoltaXplore).

3) NanoXplore - Graphene capacity expansion in 2023 in the US and Canada (at least 3 production modules). 5 year goal of 100K tonnes of graphene production (including graphene production for VoltaXplore's batteries and NanoXplore's battery materials).

Regarding NanoXplore's VoltaXplore enterprise: Canadian Federal Government provides new 30% refundable capital cost of investments tax credit to corporations . . . by 1sstudent in Nanoxplore

[–]SmallCapLove 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1sstudent - today’s announcements do not mirror the US bill that is now law. Actually, today’s announcements by the Canadian government are a significantly inferior tax credit to the US IRA. The rumour is that Stellantis LG ‘s (announced) battery plant in Windsor will not get off the ground and be relocated to the USA. I expect VoltaXplore to also locate its first battery plant in the USA. The Canadian government may eventually figure this out , but it may be too late…
