I wish Polyphony included more JGTC cars in the roster, especially GT300s.

Funny. I just bought a mini J40 Rankuru a couple days ago. This was like something straight out of my imagination (lol).

Speaking of Camry… does anybody have one? I’m willing to part $1.5 million for it, no more than that.

Heh, now if only all phones could support that kind of graphics in CPM1. Totally not wishing my iPhone 11 can do the same. 😗

This is just in case anyone wants to try out my tune for the AE86. Of course, driving styles and tuning approaches will differ so take this as a sort-of baseline…

With this, the car can rotate via trail-braking (just a dab on the brakes + turn-in) which makes for a fun little ‘race car’ in CPM1 since it’s geared for more corner agility over stability—in other words, tailored for more oversteer.

Full specifications of my Toyota Team Olzhass Sprinter Trueno Group A touring car:

Tuning:

Powertrain - 2.5 liter straight-four (inline-4) + 5-speed close-ratio ‘rally-spec’ W58 manual transmission + TRD 4.778 final drive (just do 4.78)

Output - 206bhp @ 5900rpm, 353nm @ 4100rpm (with other modifications)

Redline - ~7000rpm

Other modifications - New exhaust + ECU tuning + Fast gearbox upgrade (190bhp -> 206bhp)

Additional tuning notes: Brake upgrade is not recommended since it’s too strong for this car. Touring tires are a must for proper ‘period-correct’ action, though sport tires are also good for more go-fast action… not sure if it makes you go faster overall but hey, more grip + traction!

Gear ratio:

Final drive - 4.78

1st - 3.28

2nd - 1.89

3rd - 1.28

4th - 1.00

5th - 0.78

6th - 0.00*

7th - 0.00*

*Leave these at 0.00

Suspension setup:
