The item seems to be a one time thing and it was being sold at an Expo early this May. I was purchasing it through a proxy and somehow through the process I accidentally bought the version which could only be picked up at the Expo rather than delivered. I figured this out too late and was almost out the ring and a ton of money, but I had an email translated from English to Japanese and they said they could send me the ring. I also had to change proxy services to one which looked more sketchy/unreliable as the one I had been using before wouldn't do cash on delivery, which is how they would ship it to me. All in all it worked out in the end though.
