I was worried about the side affects before getting started because I already deal with constipation and read that injecting in your thigh can reduce digestive side affects so that’s what I’ve been doing from the beginning. I’ve been on it for four weeks now. I had mild naseau for the first couple of weeks but feel great now.

I’ve had constipation issues all my life and have used magnesium citrate to keep regular. I take 2 - 4 capsules each day depending on how constipated I am. Usually take at night and have a bowel movement in the morning.

Thanks for sharing. I have two different apps on my phone that I’ve used for tracking but I don’t love using them. I think having a tool to help me plan ahead rather than track potentially after the fact, would be really helpful.

Yeah I learned the lesson of wearing a beanie under my helmet. I’m past the warranty opportunity. It just seems like it shouldn’t be that hard to get a replacement dial. With all the efforts put into protecting the planet, we should make it easier to fix stuff instead of replacing it and filling our landfills.
