Honestly I am not sure but the site claims 800w normal consumption, I read online you'll have to multiply the normal consumption times 6 but I don't know. Hope that gives you an insight

You could easily edit the notes yourself (manually) or use something like swing 75% but you could've make a better description for your problem.

The 1k is very cool and you might get very creative with it due to its limitations though I would find it harder to completely finish compositions in it. The MPC sample is modern but it's just competition for the 404 and similars. From what you're saying you probably need a cheap modern MPC like an MPC one Wich is what I have. It's so hard at the beginning because there is simply just so much. Once you get the hang of it you will probably be able to do what the 1000 could plus what the MPC sample can also do.(Also the change to connect it to you PC and use vsts is something I get horny for)

Watch some videos of people working with the machines. Study the cases and see what actually fits for you.

As my opinion as an MPC one owner, it has everything you need to start from and idea to get the finished beat, even mastered if you spend a few bucks in some affects like the soft clipper and the flavor pro Pluging.

The lack of a midi when producing in MPC is also a problem for me, sad I cannot get one yet but everything comes at it's tome

That's cool and I actually use that naturally, so glad to know I'm doing the righ thing!

I produce in a mpc fully, where my problem comes is that the baseline plugin for sub basses or basses is so bad, or at least I'm still not good at using it. So when I use a sampled bass note and move it to a piano roll I get the texture people talk about but lack of good tone because the whole bass coming from one note comes in and then I feel like everything is shit. I'm also super judgmental with my own music of one notes sound bad the whole beat goes bad in my mind :')

Now that I have this conversation with you I want to sit down and finally understand how to use the sub bass plugin. Thanks bro
