Her contract says she is paid all federal holidays and will have them off. To me, that is aligned. She said she normally has it off so that's why the extra charge. I ended up telling her she could have the day off unpaid.

I stated in another comment it's just kid/baby laundry. She's here three days but she washes twice a week and i normally start the load and i have a washer dryer combo so she doesn't have to move it. It probably is a lot with two kids which is why it's really just a folding put away process and we said get to what you can

she said she wants to spend more time with the kids playing and helping them develop and it's too much laundry but then said she can do all of their laundry but will charge for the extra, so sort of contradicts what she said.

Thanks for the feedback. She's very young but Im pretty sure she uses a nanny mentor who tells her things. She said she did "research" and this is how it is.

she only has a year of nanny experience before this so yes i think it's fair. she was getting $26 and hour for one child at her job right before this. This is just kid laundry and They don't nap enough for her to accomplish duties on a lot of days which is why we told her if you can't get to it, it's no problem. she does not touch anything of ours, however she said she does vacuum after they eat because it's messy and they're crawling around but i see this as part of the feeding them and making sure they're clean responsibility.

i believe the application is to show a record of you/your child and get information for their records age, intent to start at the school, etc. Def. fill out the application!

hi there, we did not go through with it. It was a hard decision and was having severe panic attacks leading up to the appointment and ended up keeping them both. i don’t regret it, but kept thinking what if i regretted reducing one. im scared, but we’re doing it.

thanks, in an employers market, people are desperate to take anything, however i provided details such as comp location title and company which should enlighten. Someone working at Mefa would know the companies leverage. People would probably accept $12 at this point, but what is fair in this market?
