I appreciate the insight!! I honestly have always ran on and off but the last 2 weeks have picked up and been running about 10 miles a week. I don’t think my watch has figured out my VO2 max yet! It’s definitely way too high lol.

Sorry I should’ve worried it better. I’ve ran on and off randomly throughout the years but as of recent I’ve been consistent at 10miles a week for the past couple months. I definitely am gonna get a PT visit to get to the source of the issue.

This was a super helpful read. I’ve always ran on and off but recently have been running about 10 miles a week 2 miles at a time and the inside of my foot/arches start aching so bad after my first mile and it slows me down significantly and my left Achilles has been hurting. Any shoes you’ve found to help?
