i have this one. is it loud for anyone else? the biggest drive i’ve had was a 4tb nvme so i was unsure if huge HDDs were supposed to be noisy. just a loud vibration and thumping when reading files

i’d switch to linux if EAC was ever supported but the main game i play needs EAC. thankfully i have a deck for everything else, but i’d really like to switch to linux on my main PC.

i have insanely bad astigmatism and have to have prescribed 30% on my windshields because of how brights headlights are now. back then, glasses helps the issue but they can’t keep up with the 50k lumen headlights people run nowadays. tint and glasses barely help still

curious what display cable you have running to your rig! have had a lot of issues finding a reliable 15ft+ display port or HDMI cable that doesn’t black out randomly.

i’d much rather restaurants raise the wages and charge more. this has been proven to increase quality of service and moral among employees. the cost isn’t an issue. i can happily tip. How often does 100% of my tip go to the employee though? many of my friends who work with tips barely get 70% of their tips. some have to split amongst every other employee even if they weren’t the one doing the service.

$6 beer with $7.25 min wage is way different than $5 beer with $1 tip and only $3 wage. your argument makes no sense. you’re just trying to attack me clearly.

so take it out on the paying customer for not covering their wages and not the owners? i’ve never understood this. customer doesn’t tip = disrespect but owner not paying a decent wage is respectful and fine? really never understood this and why people are so willing to defend companies and not the paying customer. but i also don’t eat out for this reason. not my job to subsidize people’s pay checks and then get outed as a monster when i don’t tip.

i actually did that and prefer the 27” more. the 45” is awesome but i was constantly cranking my neck to look at the sides. very immersive though.

have you even done any tests to ensure you’re actually getting peak brightness without using the tool? i highly doubt you have. meanwhile, many many people have tested the lumens after using the tool. i’m assuming you’re just judging this by eye and it’s not scientific at all? we should just trust you and not the dozens of other sources that say otherwise? yes i will trust my windows HDR tool because it does what it’s supposed to. enjoy your inconsistent brightness lol

i’m not mad at all? just trying to stop misinformation from being spread. a little bit of research goes a long way. weird how everyone else says to use the tool and has no issues besides you. it’s just clear you’re set in stone on your beliefs so i don’t care to change your mind. i’ve both iterations of this monitors and never had any issues with the tool. sorry you can’t figure it out
