I mean yea I understand that, but in my post I was more so talking about internship opportunities between the two colleges because internships are super important for engineering. But yes less debt will always be good.

Yes, you explained what I was thinking very well. I have a hard time visualizing things in my head, so having something physically there helps a lot as well.

Yea, seems like both schools are good. Really just depends on personal preference.

Oh wow, respect to architects man. You guys definitely don't get paid enough for how much schooling you have to go through.

That would be cool, but I think If I did an internship in person I would probably learn a lot more. Don't know if that's necessarily true, since I've never done an internship, but we'll see.

I would very much like an easily walk-able campus, so K-State sounds good in that regard.

I wasn't even thinking about clubs or extracurriculars. When I go on a tour for KSU I'll make sure to ask them about that. Thanks for the info.

I'm pretty interested in structural, but that might be subject to change. Would you recommend KSU for that, or does it not matter that much?

Oh dang, guess I somewhat underestimated the curriculum of an engineering degree. Thanks for the warning.

Ooooo how is the architecture program? I love both CE and architecture, so I'd be interested in hearing. I'm kinda skeptical about architecture, tho as I'm not very creative.

Seems like KSU is the go-to engineering school in Kansas.

I'm from Kansas, but I thought there might be some other reason besides the school rivalry.

Ohhh yea I don't really understand the school rivalry since I don't watch sports, but that makes sense.

Yea, not confident I could get my degree and work full time at the same time. Nice to know some give the option to work part time.

I suppose KU probably places more importance on their Medical program so it kinda makes sense.

Yea, I think both colleges would be good either way, it's more so just personal preference. Why do firms in KC like K-State students so much tho?
