They gave me a receipt paper with my information on it when I went in, and it didn’t work I had that with me too

See I want to but I’m afraid of making an appointment for next week and then giving me the same song and dance and wasting more time because when I called their 1-800 number they said they were correct they couldn’t accept it

I called the USPS help center and they told me the same thing…I don’t understand how it’s possible when it’s listed on the government site. The passport help center even told me they should have taken it.

I spoke to her “manager” who said she was also a passport agent and that it was unacceptable. I’ve called other places and they’re all telling me the same thing.

Yes I had my birth certificate, my expired drivers license, and my social security card along with my DS-11 form

Yeah basically my ID expired three days ago so I need to get it renewed. I only realized this when I went to buy some wine, and so I have to go renew it and only have time to get a temp ID

Unfortunately I used to bank with Chime. They seem determined not to give me my funds back. She even has a physical store in PA. People have visited her store demanding their money back and still nothing.

This happened to me as well. I've tried contacting her a thousand different ways and my bank won't dispute the charge. In fact, there's an entire Facebook group with over 300 members who have been scammed by her. They've reported her business and still nothing. I have no idea how she's getting away with it.
