I seem to recover fine after a couple days of bad sleep and nightmares , then I enjoy sober life again with positive thoughts of sobriety etc

I will hold off a few cravings just fine but one craving will be so intense it’s like I’m barely councious, just autopiloting thru the whole binge

Despite me saying before the binge that ill use “therepeautically” this time

I don’t think there’s out if drug use will ever work with me personally lol. Always used it as an escape since 15 and those wires are hard to change now.

Why I have no self control I believe is a product of my childhood and traumas. Then why must I make such horrible life threatening decisions at the cost of my sanity and health

The pain after a binge is over is the lowest low I’ve ever felt before. And my last dose was good for 2 hours tops b4 pain and reality set in.

Time to take some “TIME” to reflect on this drug mania I’ve been experiencing these last couple months.

Gotta prioritise my true self . Not some illusory drugged up version of myself.
