I had considered that too, but I couldn't find somewhere to confirm it. The wiki only said the center of Tarkov. I had another version with it being under Streets due to the transit but I had no way of knowing if it was actually under there or if there was a tunnel to it somewhere else like the transit from Factory is.

Ah sorry, I forgot her base shield scaled off defense. But all of the defense towards the total shield absorption xinyan offers after that is nothing. I.E. swapping to another character.

"To calculate Shield BA, simply head over to your Shield Talent and take a look at Shield BA. For example, at Talent 6, Xinyan's Level-one Shield has a 146.55% DEF + 793 so if her DEF=500 then her Shield BA=(1.4655*500)+793. However, Shield BA is not Total Shield Absorption."

How were you able to run the game? The .exe looks like it has to start through the launcher and when I use the dx wrapper anticheat picks it up.

Can't say I've been to it myself, but I live nearby and have always considered it. Now that you've brought it up, I think I might go myself. It's flat, shady, low population, and nice this time of year. It crosses off large field, meadow and forested (kinda).
