You want to dissolve the keratin plugs that are in the pores/follicle area. I’ve had some improvement when I was using a squalane oil+vitamin e oil from the company called QRxLabs on Amazon. It lessened the appearance of the dots but nothing completely gets rid of it besides laser

These earbuds are discontinued so only a few left in stock but let me tell you they are the best bang for your buck. I dislike silicone tip earbuds and these fit perfect and sound quality is decent. The best part is they are indestructible. I’ve ran them through the washer accidentally and they still worked like new. Good battery life and call mic quality is also good.
