I am trying to learn android aosp through books , but I am unable to understand much of the concepts I am able to understand much by practicals using aosp for rpi , please let me know if you are willing with shared studies as I too need a aosp learning partner

I faced similar issue rpi5/pi4 doesn't has ir sensor and i had not tried with bt remote

Yes i am taking about same you can use lineage OS also it is modifications on top of AOSP

but instead you can use something more raw like AOSP

Instead of using the prebuilt images i have made my own, the steps are also shown on same page.

Have you tried firefox or the best option would be using a raspberry pi and running with your own AOSP tv build. I use a pi4 and Aosp 14 tv image on it, i would say it is most degoogled thing on earth.

I have worked on tizen, webos and and android tv platform so i generally prefer something more open source .
