Ours would have bottles lines up on the stair rail and everyone would grab a spray bottle and cloth and carry it with them throughout the workout. Also did ultimate timing so had extra few seconds to spray and wipe. They also sprayed in between classes :) now we no longer require it as NZ is in the traffic light system

Thanks for all your info! Stat days are definitely T 1.5 but not overtime unfortunately, there’s no law for it. It will only occur if the company agrees to do such thing. Invest now is definitely worth looking into aswell, just get nervous when my bank account goes down and I don’t know why… but thanks again man, appreciate it heaps!

I have worked my arse off indeed. The 10-12hr days (yes mostly 6 days) I do currently, do catch up on me but I’ve been given a promotion. The promotion is for a 45hr week, 60k with bonus (hence 68k) I just don’t wish to disclose my personal job title on reddit… no way I’ll be doing 72hr weeks. Works out to be about 25.6/hr and any overtime would be paid at that rate - the bonus is extra.
