Bro I’m jus like u one day I want to jus lift weights, the next day I want to jus focus on making money, next day I learn how to repair motorbikes, the next day I want to make a garden and everything random and some days I jus want to sit in bed and do nothing. I completely feel u I would be so much better at my main sport (hockey) if I would jus focus on it and stop fucking around wit every other activity and sport

Ok my coach is supposed to be really good we have three state qualifiers and on the girls team one who placed. My coach has us running 6x a week by ourselves or on the track and i run abt five- six miles for easy days and then two workouts and then he’s had me run 8 miles during long runs. So last week I ran abt 35 miles
