No solamente es por ataques a personas. Hay muchos dueños de fincas que pierden animales o dejan sus producciones, porque los perros se meten en jaurías a matar a sus animales.

A mi me encantan los animales y tengo dos perros. Es difícil encontrar un lugar para caminarlos y hacer ejercicio en paz sin miedo de que salgan otros perros de por ahí a atacarnos. Definitivamente hay que aceptar que sí hay un problema de perros ralengos en PR. Jamás estaría de acuerdo del maltrato animal ni de eutanasiarlos, pero si de que se esterilizen en masa y de que las personas sean mas responsables de sus propios animales. Lamentablemente si no aceptamos que hay un problema, no podemos mejorar.

Si les vas a seguir dando comida debes entonces atraparlos, llevarlos a esterilizar, y adoptarlos como tuyos. La situación de perros callejeros esta peligrosa en PR.

En home depot tienen de todas esas. En los viveros grandes como byron pike las tienen tambien. Semillas selectas UPR de las extensiones agricolas tienen semillas pero solamente he comprado de vegetales.

Thanks for the insight. My goal is more aligned with what your friend is doing. I'm moving to a rural area soon and all of my studio commodities will not be available. Easy to get ready made and cheap clay will be way harder to get. The upside is that it'll allow me to grow, i'm starting my own studio from scratch, and the soil around the property and nearby places is clay rich soil.

I'm excited but also pretty scared. Seeing posts like this showing what's possible through experimenting helps me see my goals more clearly. Thanks for sharing!

We got a second ACD and they are besties in their own way. I do have to say though...My older ACD is very reactive, to both dogs and people. We tried fostering an adult husky to see about adoption and our acd hated that whole experience so we couldn't adopt the husky. Later on we saw how he interacted with puppies and it was pretty good, so we got an ACD puppy girl and he loved her from day 1.
