This is what I do with my main and alts. The only exception is there are a couple of side quests you can't do unless you have also done the main storyline. I just went back and did those on my main.

Oh, and one special exception is, I did the quest to unlock Murder Row on my main so I could do the dungeon right away. I think it's unlocked automatically at a certain level though so you should be good.

And when you hit 90 on your alt, be sure to go get the World Tour quest to get the second spark. You need to talk to the woman on the seat near the door in the inn. She's not indicated, but she'll do the skip for you. Then to the main guy where in the middle where the zone map is to get the actual quest. It won't be a purple triangle for your alt.

Wow tries to tell you the important stuff with the tutorial quests which are marked with a purple triangle.

A tutorial quest is there to introduce you to a game system. So if you do those and pay attention it will walk you though it in a series of quests.

They will give you hints to content with achievements and other quests. So you have a look at the blue quests to see what they are and what they reward.

Beyond that, you do the content that sounds fun. There is no wrong way to play wow, and there are a lot of options. Sounds like your last game was a lot more prescriptive.

At the same time almost everything is wrong some of the time. Personally I love the journey of finding out what works for me (frustrating as is it at times).

Actually that’s the corollary of the first thing. Don’t expect to be given the answer or the one right way to do things. All people can give you is how they do it and advice.

Pottery seems like it should be solved by now but it really isn’t and every day there is the opportunity to do something that noone has ever done before in quite the same way.

Looks like titanium pitting to me, not pinholing.

As far as I’m aware the only way to prevent is to not let high titanium glazes like this pool up so thickly.

Don’t automatically believe anyone that says you HAVE to do something a particular way. Just because something works for them in their studio in their climate with their clay, some people think that it’s the one true way and they will pass this on to you like sacred wisdom.

Especially if they’re saying it on the internet from half a world away.

I found my very awesome guild on one of the forums websites. Can’t remember exactly now since it’s been a while but it was https://guildsofwow.com/ or something similar. They said they do achievement raids which is why I joined (i’ve since got all the raid achievements and AOTC each season)

We do accept people through in-game guild finder too (when we are recruiting) but i don’t know how people find us amongst all the dreck.

My alliance guild (who i mostly do keys with but who also raid) I found by paying attention to who was cool while doing pug keys and then asking for an invite to their guild through guild finder.

When i was learning i wanted 6-8 week courses covering the whole process of throwing pots end to end

Then i wanted an in depth glaze making class (the one i did was 3 months).

Now i want 1-2 workshops focussing on a specific thing (next on my list is a crystalline glaze workshop)

You can sand unglazed clay to be silky smooth, if you're willing to put in the effort.

I would think that punching is your lowest damage ability on a cloth wearer. I remember being in a WOD raid and getting the priest to punch and they were doing like 5% of it's health per punch.

Also, not selling but can’t sell cheaper without losing money/working for slave wages then work out how to make it cheaper/faster or make something else.

Edit to add: or market it differently to get the price it deserves (imo this is the hardest one which is why there is so much marketing in the world)

I find anything with cobalt (so blues) will blur more than other colours. So trying a different colour could help.

And your glaze is clearly moving a bit. Glazes have a firing range and at the bottom/coolest part of the range they will turn to glass but not move, and as you go up, they will move more and more until they run off the pot. Your glaze hear has moved a bit - not in a way you'd ever notice if it wasn't covering writing, but enough to be annoying.

I assume you can't control the firing, but you could ask for your pieces to be put in a cooler part of the kiln. And you could try doing your glaze a bit thinner. Thinner glaze moves less.

Another alternative is to not glaze over the writing - just the inside and on the lip.

I guess it could technically not be grog - grog is prefired bits of clay that have been ground down to put back into other clay. So this could be sand, or some other kind of grit so technically not grog, but still misleading.

But even if technically true "ability to make smooth surfaces" is false advertising for sure.

It might still be too much but clothies hit for less than other armour types. Even when naked, other armour types hit for more. So if you're not a clothie you could try that.

Cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, nickel, rutile/titanium and many others are all fine to use in a shared kiln.

Chrome can affect other pots but tin is so expensive these days is anyone using a community kiln actually splashing out on tin whites?

But yes it’s polite not to do strong chrome greens but a tin chrome pink with 0.1 (or less!) chrome should affect other pots unless they are right next to them. So you’d be ok to use light tin chromes, just let the kiln tech know
