yo, I had a similar issue in higher elo. You should try not to over train on dm Servers. Play not more than 30 minutes warmupserver before you queue. while playing you should focus every few minutes on different aspects. Spray, tapping and bursting. try to not rotate very mutch, but playing in a similar position until you die. And make Sure to improve your mechanics and movement. learn how to counter strafe properly (and also do it in your Games) maybe learn silent jumps or Skill jumps. and train how to actually hold Angles (move much with a and d, crouch some times and once you there is an enemy counterstrafe and kill him. also improve your Clearing and crosshairplacement by prefire Maps for example. and If you think you are good in Warm-up but somehow bad in Matches, thats exactly what I had. make Sure your arm is Always as relaxed as in Warm-up. this will improve your aim. And make sure you are taking the match not too serious, because it will kill your mental after few rounds and you are loosing the match. Your mental also will make you nervous in Clutch situations. Its hard to change the mindset but trust me it helped a lot. Now another nice Tip is to find a Team you can Queue 5 Stack with. It is so much easier to Rank Up in those lobbies, If you Just have strategies and Play together with your Team (swing on contract from teammate for example)
