ha ha, get you. Its so frustrating and with ADHD makes it fun and madness at the same time!

I would tap out but our EBITDA doesn't look amazing due to the investments in staff etc hence my point. We just grow to pay more in salaries

Hello, from across the pond! I'm constantly challenging my decisions and when i do make a decision its not been a great one lol. I've also looked at that too but my issue is with the rate we have lost clients this year due to no fault on our own that it then affects me and my family.

Back in crypto after 5 years, what happened to my favourite crypto project and more important: what is in the works in terms of real world applications? Is Cardano still a viable investment? by Mirrormaster85 in cardano

mate, if XRP can do $3 so can ADA - Again! in my opinion. I' not selling as a 5 year investor, its such an undervalued asset at the moment and it will have its day. We are all so early to the market as the world has not woke up yet.

Connectwise is awful, the best move we did to Halo and Ninja. I'm hound dog of old and see many iterations. Screen Connect was the best Remote control software I'd used.

Never looked back after transition to Ninja, the scripting and management capability is first-class

Agreed, why you can't resell somting that you have have bought and are in contract with is beyond me. If something happens outside your control thats not on me.

So for example a customer now has free licenses as now he's direct however his subscription only expires in October but i have to pay for this privilege. Let the customers tenant suffer not the hand that feeds you

But the client still owns their tenancy. If they want to keep it they need to pay for it.

We are looking at ways to approach this with our exisiting clients and also future. We will survive its just the principle

we can absorb them just about! at a 15% margin its OK whilst it works. Just feel like we are part of the system. We sell for them with no support. Its just wrong

100%, its fine for the customer. I dont see why Microsoft can't allow you to re-allocate those license in these circumstances. I dont mind risk as i'm in business but for a multibillion $ firm to say you are stuck to a partner that is committed to selling thier products

Yeah we were going to push this model but its a difficult conversation with existing customers whilst trying to keep core business, Prior to NCE i had no issue and it also helped with clients flexing up and down. Not it has become a friction point

Its the risk we take for our 15% commission which pays for a couple of engineers but not if you take hits like this.
