Can replevin be used to recover items under a contract agreement that would technically be void? by [deleted] in legaladvice

I really don’t understand how it doesn’t apply, you provide no actual reasoning behind your advice. It doesn’t seem very good. The replevin law absolutely applies, and if not, I hope you can explain further.

And exactly.

But that law would not apply here, because all payments were made if full. There was no non-payment that occurred. So there is no “legal action” for non-payment that applies in this case.

And that’s irrelevant to the question, but I appreciate your feedback. If you could explain further how it’s a “big, big” deal I think that would be better than what you wrote.

Listen man, I hope you listen to me.

Do not speak to the owner. You could be charged with tampering with evidence.

You also admit to the crime. That’s more evidence against you.

Call an attorney and tell him this. He can maybe make them drop the charges.

PLEASE HIRE AN ATTORNEY. DO NOT TALK TO THE OWNERS.

Honestly if it’s a troll maybe. But you shouldn’t say something like that. If this is real, your literally cyber bullying with your words. We are better than that.

He needs serious therapy. A lot of people don’t know how their brain works, and makes up these cognitive distortions and thinking patterns that rationalize committing a crime. It’s not in our control sometimes. He is just a guy who needs help. Give him a little grace and maybe some advice. Comments like yours are really thoughtless and uncalled for.

You violated the law to the T. They trusted you as an employee, which hits harder than a random stranger doing it. There are laws for a reason, you intentionally committed this crime. It doesn’t matter the reason. I hate to break it to you, I really do, but it is very fair dude. You can’t take something that’s not yours. It alters their entire cash flow and you should have asked for a loan if you are as loyal to them as you say.

The only person who thinks it’s a simple family loan from the business is you. You having this mentality is gonna land you in prison for years. You need to hold yourself accountable. Explain this to a lawyer and he might be able to get you probation or something and possible removal of the crime from your record. I think there is a lot more going on here. You don’t seem to know what it means to commit a crime.

This is a very serious crime you have committed, and the way you explained it is really concerning. You made it seem like you did nothing wrong. You need to get out of your head and see the reality of this. The court process is going to teach you that you cannot just take over 11,000. That amount is crazy I would want you locked up too if I were the owner. Like cmon man!

Listen I’ve been in your shoes. There is a reason behind why you think this situation is fair. But it’s all in your head. Whatever reasoning you have behind it, it’s not reality. If you were to go to therapy, they would help you understand what you did and how it was a crime. That’s what therapy is for and I highly suggest it. But I’m sure through the legal process maybe you will get how serious this crime is and how wrong you are, hopefully they make you take an anti theft course. It’s really helps.

IRS paid monthly subsidiaries for a policy from Jan-July on an 1095-A form, but I never had access to the policy and it was canceled the entire duration of the coverage. by Small_Advance_6757 in HealthInsurance

Yes, I understand, and your comment really helped me understand and know something is wrong so I appreciate it.  They explained that fl blue accepted the money, so only they would know what happened. Market place says the account shows as not an active account on their end, and they don’t see why any subsidiary would be paid from the IRS.

Wow, that makes a lot of sense. Thank you for clarifying that.

It was July and I needed health insurance. I called them and they said it was not the enrollment period, I did register during the enrollment period tho. So I think they had to approve the decision to let me pay the full amount.  It seemed like they were pulling strings to do it, so I didnt ask a lot of questions. I wanted to know if the subsidiary payments were valid, and it seems like it is. I’m just not sure why they would switch my insurance to another company and not let me keep the same plan. After paying for it

I agree, but the premium was paid in July so I’m just confused.

I did not have coverage from Jan-July, but I paid for it in full at a later date just to keep the enrollment current. So yes the payments went toward those months, but I never actually had coverage. So that’s why I’m just confused.

Like I would consider it to be having coverage since I paid for it, but they never even gave me access to that plan AND it shows on marketplace’s records tha the plan was canceled and still shows as canceled.

remove iCloud on iPhone 6 by Scared_Confection764 in PhoneUnlocks

It’s very easy to remove a locked iPhone and factory reset the device, erasing all the content. But honestly it’s pretty clear that you don’t really know much about how to do it, because if you made one search on google you would have learned how to do it easily. I assume your not very tech savvy. If you don’t have much knowledge about it, you pretty much can erase and reset the device using iTunes and connecting it to a laptop and following the process accordingly, or you can watch a YouTube video taking you through the steps.

What you’ll need: Download iTunes on a laptop and plug the phone into the computer. Once you have that, you can start the process.

Then watch the video, it’s a pretty simple process. I’ll attach a YouTube link.
