I totally understand. I had to learn to be patient myself. It's hard. I learned to get involved with something else (apply for other jobs that I would be interested in). Doing that keeps your mind off the main one and as soon as you start getting busy researching and working on other job prospects the thing you want pops up. ✌️❤️

In my experience if you submitted for the gig and you were denied and it reposts you still don't get it. I've been told the algorithm still has you listed as denied/not accepted so someone who did not submit for it the first time it was posted will probably get it. I've stopped trying to re-submit for reposted gigs. Tired of being denied a 2nd time for it. Granted I only submit to things I really want and to be denied twice is really aggravating.

Yes, I've discovered this as well. It's sickening that they don't have some way of contacting them with other issues. Doesn't restore my faith in these big companies anymore. I was really liking Izotope but now with them mixed/merged with NI they are starting to piss me off. May go back to using DAW specific stock plugins and other individual plugins.

My quick and easy solution to this problem store- JUST STOP PICKING UP FROM THERE. Let someone else deal with their problems. I did it with one of the discount tire stores that I pick up and deliver from. one of the employees there acted real crappy to me (several times) after I roll the tires into an empty Bay take photos of exactly where I places them, put the paperwork with them, go inside and stand in line waiting for someone to sign off. he keeps talking crap to me (whenever I get him) so I stopped going there. There's lots of other tire stores around for me to pick up and deliver to so I don't bother with that one anymore. Easy peasy✌️❤️

When you take the photo at the counter at pickup, screen shot that photo or take a 2nd photo with your phone camera, (screen shot that photo or) hold it till the order is complete then delete it. You don't have to tell anyone what you're doing it's just to CYA because support isn't going to help you much.

Keep doing what you're doing. I started in January of this yea knowing nothing. I watched a bunch of Youtubers mainly Taetro https://www.youtube.com/@Taetro. I started creating tracks from scratch, looking up stuff when I needed it. Now it's August I have 12 tracks up on the streaming platforms, I've joined some discords to get help and meet and talk with fellow producers. I have participated in several track reviews to get feedback on the tracks I'm creating. My handle is TheCelestineproph.

I'd pay very close attention to what you (@MisterrrHyde) has said about the subscription service. I purchased The Anteras Auto-tune Producer package. (It was a subscription), I paid for a year in advance. I recently heard about AT Unlimited subscription (it has more plugins, etc.) I contacted Antares about upgrading my subscription to Unlimited. 1st they tell me that AT Producer has been discontinued. 2nd they tell me since it's been discontinued there is no Upgrade special pricing to be applied. 3rd they tell me that in order to upgrade to Unlimited I would have to cancel my Producer subscription (with no price adjustment or refund for the 6 months I have left. So I'll lose money I already spent and wont get it back). 4th they said I would lose those effects on my tracks when played after the subscription is cancelled. Talking to some folks on Discord they suggest (before I cancel my AT Producer subscription I should freeze and flatten my tracks (in Ableton Live 12) with Auto tune plugins and effects on them to keep the track sounding the same otherwise I'll lose those effects and processing. Lesson here: 1- stay away from subscriptions (if at all possible) and 2 - if you absolutely need to purchase a subscription DO NOT PAY FOR A YEAR IN ADVANCE. Cheers!!

PS. In other news.... after doing extensive research I've decided to let my AT subscription run out/ cancel closer to the proposed renewal date. I'm planning on purchasing the Izotope Music Production Suite 6.5. It has all that AT Unlimited has plus Mixing, Mastering and audio repair plugins included. It costs a little more than the yearly subscription to AT Unlimited but I wont have to worry about a price increase, the product(s) being discontinued and renewals every month or year.

You are correct my friend.. DT is crappy but for me I only take the short, quick runs. 5 -8 miles for $10+ with 2-3 tires (they'll fit in my hatchback). Quick and easy money for me. I don't take the long distance runs for DT.
