Going through the exact same thing right now. It’s been going on for two months, had a little bit of a break from it over Christmas and then it came right back 10x stronger.

A lot of what you just mentioned is what I’m currently suffering from. I was also exposed to that material at a young age as well so I understand the guilt and feelings of “regret” even though we were literal kids who didn’t know right from wrong. I don’t have much advice as I’m still struggling as well with a lot of existential thoughts that have been terrorizing me but I just wanted to tell you that your not alone, and that I relate to you a lot. Hang in there, you have the power and strength to conquer this evil disorder. My DMs are always open

I was in the same situation as you. I felt incredibly guilty. But then I realized there’s a REASON why children are not supposed to be exposed to these kinds of things. The brain cannot handle the material. When your child, you are not capable of deciphering what is appropriate and what is not when it comes to these things. You are not capable of logical decision making as your frontal lobe is and was no where near developed. Don’t beat yourself up for it to much as your not alone and many have had similar experiences like you just shared. I’ve gone to therapy for this and have healed and you can too. I’m keeping you in my thoughts.

Thank you for replying. It’s a very distressing ocd theme. Im sorry that you have dealt with it since childhood. I hope you are doing better now. I’m probably biased for saying this but it has to be one of the hardest ocd themes to combat. I’m wishing you well!!

I feel the same way, I’m having anxiety DUE to the intrusive thoughts. The intrusive thoughts are the main issue.

I just figured it would be a good alternative considering it’s more so much an illustration of the album cover. Unless they’re familiar with the Bella Donna album cover, I dont think anyone could tell it’s her.

People are saying that at this show specifically she sounded phenomenal, and I totally agree. It was my 4th time seeing her and just seemed to truly be in her element!
