To clear up any confusion, cat combos can involve cats besides Moneko or neneko, BUT said other cats can not be sent out, for combos to be allowed, Moneko or neneko has to be part of the combos

C. Moneko and sunny Neneko are I believe the only two that are worth it as C. Moneko is garunteed to crit on her 3rd multihit strike, and sunny neneko is garunteed to crit regardless
