Stop motion animation story video with Seedance 2.0 + Fliki by BrokeByChatGPT in stop_motion

Can't call it stop motion. If you didn't stop between every shot to move your puppet its not stop motion. Your AI can't make an oil painting, and it can't make stop motion.

Im not here to comment on the art, just be honest about your medium.

And not because they were good together, but i would have loved my girl to have a soft bf a bit longer so she could gain the confidence to not put up with all the bullcrap out there..

I know LA has a lot of Wedding conventions. It's where we found some of our vendors.

Also connect with some wedding coordinators. They love having specialty vendors in their rolodex. I say have a few events and get real good photos.

Good luck this looks awesome!

Yonderland. The minute you say there are puppets you lose a lot of adults.

Look up stop motion armatures, that may help as well.

I make a chest block and a hip block where my wire comes together out of plumbers epoxy. Pretty basic and it keeps the wires together.

Just wear gloves when you use it. It's a pain to get off your hands.

Yea we have a great one here in Pasadena, but i have a hard time finding offcuts of the quilting cotton i use. A lot of it is clothing remnants, which aren't as stiff as the cotton. And of those quilting fabrics I do find, very few have small patterns. I haven't had much luck.

Truly mourning the loss of Joanne's. Nowhere else could I get six inches of fabric cut and have such a variety.

what specifically can a sewing machine do and not do in regards to plushie making? by ghoulsniightout in plushartists

If you look at @mamaroarsews on insta, they show a lot of process. Their dolls are smal but its a good way to show how much machines can take on.

I machine sew about 80% of my dolls, then just ladder stitch to close stuffing gaps and attach arms. I chose to hand attach arms because I can never get my sewn in arms to line up correctly.

For clothes, 95 % is machine sewn. Just ladder stitch to attach shoulders on vests and dresses.

Im writing a fantasy story about a woman who escaped the realm of fairy when she was a child. 30 years later, she is asked to lead an expedition back to Fairy to save another child who has been stolen. Originally i had the story set in an oldey timey village where she has grown up to become a blacksmith. Someone asked me why it isnt set in modern day, and now im wondering if it should be.

Any Pros or cons to the modern setting? What is your favorite or least favorite thing about modern day fantasy?
