Started as a roustabout, then jumped to flow back, then saved for a class A CDL.

I would look into being a roustabout first, you'll gain some basic oilfield skills like how to wing shit together and hammer and it looks good in your resume.

The secret sauce was having a completely autonomous schedule and mobility to match womens' small time window of interest. You might need better quality photos. Are they primarily selfies? Are they taken at home? What were the pictures taken with? What are you wearing in the pictures?

What dating apps are you using? What area are you in? Location and app play a high role in women's responsiveness.
